Wolverhampton Youth Judo Centre (WYJC) is a not-for-profit Community Amateur Sports Club (CASC) organised and run by an experienced Team of Professional Judo Coaches (working as unpaid Volunteers).  WYJC is a BJA & Sport England Club Mark Club.

Our Coaches are fully qualified National Governing Body Judo Coaches with full Criminal Records Bureau Clearance and Certification (CRB & ISA).  Our Coaches are affiliated members of Sports Coach UK and Re-Validate their Coaching Qualifications each and every Year via the BJA Annual National Coaching Re-Validation Scheme.  This illustrates the ongoing commitment and dedication to providing high quality, safe and enjoyable judo coaching, teaching and training opportunities for ALL. 

WYJC & our Coaches are affiliated to the National Governing Body for Judo in the UK - which is the British Judo Association, and our BJA Club Number is 4468.  Our Mission Statement is simply 'Judo for All' and we strive to offer the very best in Judo Coaching and Practice to anyone who wishes to learn and practice this exciting Olympic Sport.

We are a very friendly and welcoming bunch at WYJC and look forward to seeing you at our Club soon.  Our Coaches go into local Schools and Colleges as part of our 'School-2-Dojo' outreach programme and run other 'Partner Clubs' too (see the menu above).
