British Judo Association - Judo Licence Details and links to Forms

The British Judo Association is the National Governing Body for the Olympic Sport of Judo in the United Kingdom.  If You or your Child wish to take-out Membership to the British Judo Association just 'Click' onto the BJA LICENCE APPLICATION Logo (below) to Download the application form. 

The rates on the form are correct as of the 1st February 2011 but please note: these may be subject to change (if & when the BJA revise their prices).  If you require a NEW membership application form, you will need to download & print-off the application form, complete it and post it (together with the relevant fee) to the address on the form.  If this is a Membership Renewal, you will be able to complete the form On-Line and make an electronic payment.  PLEASE REMEMBER TO PUT OUR CLUB NUMBER ON YOUR FORM = 4468.

Also Please Note: when completing the 'ON-LINE VERSION' of the Individual BJA Membership Application Form please remember to include OUR CLUB NAME & OUR BJA CLUB NUMBER ON THE FORM. (WYJC & 4468).  The County representing is WEST MIDLANDS.  Please DO NOT FORGET to include YOUR OWN RETURN ADDRESS & POSTCODE, TOGETHER WITH THE CORRECT FEE and return by Post to the BJA Headquarters in Leicester.

If you do not include OUR Club Name & BJA Affiliated Club Number when completing the BJA membership application form, the applicant will NOT be registered as one of our BJA Club Members.  This is likely to cause administration problems later on when it comes to recording grades, &/or trying to sort out any errors or omissions regarding membership issues.
